Business Overview

We have 2 houses, overlooking the sea here at Polzeath providing SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION FOR FAMILIES.
Two The martins is a 4 bedroom house that will sleep up to 10 people but can also accommodate 2 people very comfortably. Do not let the size of the house put any couples off that might want to holiday in a lovely property overlooking the sea here at Polzeath.
Our second house is called Seascape which caters for up to 6 people.
Both houses are nicely decorated and furnished with all the mod cons.

• We cater for couples and families to have relaxing no nonsense self catering holidays by the sea
• We are a family run holiday let business
• we have no ties with agents so our prices are competitive
• Our properties are well furnished and well maintained. If our guests have a problem we deal with that problem immediately
• All bedding is supplied within the price of the let as is gas and electricity
• We do allow family pets but only by prior arrangement
• Our change over days are Saturday in Two the Martins and Sundays in Seascape (see below for change over times)
